View Full Version : looking to get new "shoes" top banana 03-16-2010, 09:40 PM and was wondering if anyone has replaced thier tires , what they went with and why thanks  geteurdone 03-17-2010, 12:36 AM I have gotten new shoes, but I have a deal with the dealership where I bought the car from that I get new tires for life as long as they do my scheduled maintenance - so when I went in for my 10,000 mile oil change they put on four new tires (same tires as original which are Goodyear Eagle F1) - they just smiled and ask me if I can make them last a little longer than the original set did :D RFischer 03-17-2010, 01:39 PM I have the Toyo tires - much better than the Goodyear. Very sticky and lasts longer. top banana 03-17-2010, 01:50 PM I have the Toyo tires - much better than the Goodyear. Very sticky and lasts longer. Thanks guys everytime we find a tire "tread" we like they aren't availble in our size and the "orginal ones " that where on ours where michelin which wore like crap. We want the general's but were told they would wear quickly ... so still hunting thanks for the input  geteurdone 03-18-2010, 12:12 PM  I agree and have heard many like the Toyo tires top banana 03-30-2010, 04:18 PM So we went with the Yokohamas hope we like but here I sit at my "new" dealership (bc my old dealership closed) they won't check my tranny fluid nwithout charging me @ least 1/2 labor sorry but WT.....
