yes - i ordered it many months ago and was told it was in d status and a vin was assigned, then the plants closed down during the bankruptcies - i was told the plants will be back up and running and production will begin again, only instead of a 2009 spring special B-5 blue challenger SRT8 it will be a 2010 spring special B-5 blue challenger SRT8 (supposedly about 10 spring special challengers made it out of the plant and made delivery before all this happened) - maybe i will even be luckily enough to have the 6.4 hemi in it instead of the 6.1 hemi, but I'm not crossing my fingers
